Follow Me Down
Ethereum NFT Collection by Lauren McDonagh-Pereira
Follow Me Down is an 1/1 NFT photography collection. It was shot, edited, curated, and minted by Lauren McDonagh-Pereira. These ETH NFTs can be collected from OpenSea.io.
The photographs in this series focus on open roads and paths. There is something so inviting about an empty path or an open road. They invite us to explore, adventure, and discover. I hope that you will follow me down the road on my photography journey.
Follow Me Across the Snow
This image was shot on January 17, 2015. I took this image during a winter hike around Glen Lake near Fair Haven, Vermont.
I had fallen behind my husband and friends because I was taking pictures, as usual. As they got further and further ahead of me, I was caught by the leading lines of their footprints in the snow, layered on top of the frozen lake. I paused to capture the moment, causing me to fall even further behind my hiking crew.

FOLLOW ME TO DANGER
This piece is from March 1, 2013. My friend and I spent a cold, late winter day exploring the Salem Willows in Salem, MA. My eye was drawn to this damaged pier. The path led nowhere and was unsafe to traverse.

Follow Me To The City
This image was shot on April 9, 2016. My husband and I visited my brother and his fiancé in New York City. We spent the day wandering around the beauty that is NYC in the springtime. This scene stood out to me because of the fresh leaves and flowers blooming on the trees that lined the street.

Follow Me to Iceland
This image is from March 11, 2013. My husband and I flew to Iceland in 2013. This trip kicked off five-years of frequent traveling and a renewed passion for photography. The landscape was stunning and the photographic possibilities were endless.

Follow Me To The Sky
This piece is from March 11, 2013. I shot this image in Iceland as we traveled around the Golden Circle. I was attracted to the leading lines of the straight road leading to the wide open sky of the tree-less landscape beyond.

Follow Me to Paradise
I took this shot on February 16, 2016 in Dry Tortugas National Park. Dry Tortugas National Park is a mostly-marine park 70 miles west of Key West in the Gulf of Mexico. The park contains an island with the beautiful Fort Jefferson, built in the 19th century. The water is crystal clear and sparkles in the sun. The brick of the old fort contrasts beautifully with the blue/green tropical waters that surround it.
To get to Fort Jefferson, you must first visit Key West in Florida, USA. Once there, you can book a 2-hour ferry ride to the National Park.

Follow Me Into the Forest
I shot this image on March 16, 2016. I was visiting my friends, and we returned to Glen Lake near Fair Haven, Vermont. The lake was still frozen, but the day was warm and we hiked in t-shirts. The only thing that had started growing was the layer of moss on the forest floor.
